Dear Sir/Madam,
The roles and importance of NGOs in promoting social change and development have grown more
complex in recent years as the diversity of organisational types and contexts has become
apparent. Contexts which are changing rapidly. Fightaids Ghana is an NGO which was
officially registered as a charity in 2009, our mission is to intervene and fight the
growing trend of HIV/AIDS by specifically targeting children and their families in poverty
stricken homes .
We aim to support the poor by educating them and working towards eradication of poverty at
grass root level through community outreach projects. Some of our up and coming projects includes funding needy students, and organising
educational movies on HIV/ AIDS. Our organisation strives for excellent quality work, and
programs for the needy people in the Ghanaian community. The idea of working together in
partnership to resolve commonly held concerns is very beneficial for both parties. We feel
that it is of great importance for NGOs to network together, in order to provide sustainable
development for the people of Ghana. I therefore extend our hand to you to build a bridge,
which we can build upon and perhaps collaborate in the near future.
