Hi Bernard, Thank you for your interest in our program! Unfortunately, the scholarships we currently offer to post=secondary education students require a LinkedIn profile and online application. We recommend that the students in this situation contact local nonprofit organizations or their schools to assist them with their Internet connection needs. They may also contact our local chapter in Bujumbura our join the Conseil National de l'Iduka au Burundi on LinkedIn. Thank you!
