The Iduka African Pilot Project started in October of 2010 and is estimated to be completed in two years.
Stages & Phases
The iAPP requires five phases to take place in three operational stages. To guarantee the success of our pilot project, Iduka requires the following phases:
STAGE 1: Pre-funding (completed!)
Phase 1. Preparation – Six months, from October 2010 to March of 2011.
STAGE 2: Funding (starting in May, 2011)
Phase 2. Funding.
STAGE 3: Post-funding (dates to be announced upon securing funds)
Phase 3. Implementation
Phase 4. Evaluation
Phase 5. Duplication
Upon setting up teams of student volunteer interns in all five African sub-regions during phase 1, Iduka launched its phase 2: fundraising phase and associated campaigns aiming at achieving the Millennium Development Goals through education.
